Connaught Royale Delhi Hotel New Delhi, New Delhi

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms are kept tidy each day, which was the best part of my stay, and overall clean. However, the staff at reception in the morning were berating, exhibiting unprofessional behavior. The location was unbeatable and very nice, but the dining was not really good. There were positive aspects, like the cleanliness and breakfast quality, but some negatives, such as the below-average stay in certain aspects and the Railway track behind the hotel.

The hotel has very nice rooms that are tidy and provide a good stay, although some maintenance issues were noticed. The service was mixed with the staff kindly requesting payment for mini bar items but being welcoming overall. The location is brilliant, making it easy to explore Delhi independently. The dining experience was average and could use improvement. The facilities are decent, offering some convenience during the stay.
